Layflat provides an easy, trouble-free way of wrapping products quickly and sealing either with simple packaging tapes or heat-seal equipment. Layflat is a tube of film, polyethylene based, wound into rolls in a flattened state. You can use support rods or tailor made dispensing devices which goes through the core supporting the reel. This allows you to pull the length required, insert your product and seal the ends. Available in various sizes and thicknesses, layflat tubing can be made to bespoke needs - minimum quantities may apply. FineCal has even supplied specialist tough film for wrapping flag-poles. Ideal for cable conduit platics, electrical hardware such as computer keyboards or even white goods.
