Please note that the next day delivery service is only for stocked items. Please get in touch to check whether we have stock of an item before purchasing.
Local Next Day Delivery
We offer a local next day delivery service to all BS & CF postcodes for products that are in stock - please check with our sales team to ensure we have stock as our website stock availability is not live - firstname.lastname@example.org.
National Next Day Delivery
We use a national courier, who during the past six months has achieved a 95% 'next day' delivery service for orders placed and processed before 2pm. (Deliveries to the Scottish highlands may take longer). Normal next day service excludes Weekends. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched Monday.
Please note, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland or outside of the UK mainland. Please check with our sales team to ensure we have stock as our website stock availability is not live - email@example.com.

UK Shipping: (£5 for orders under £50) (incl. VAT = £6)
Bulk products such as bubble wrap, corrugated rolls, layflat tubing (36") and foam wrap are excluded from delivery outside of our local delivery area due to bulk and cost implications. Please speak with our Customer Service on 0117 971 1111 if you require further clarification.
Trade Counter Collection
Need your goods in a hurry? Call or order online and collect your orders directly from our Bristol trade counter.
We are able to deliver outside of the UK. Rates available upon request.
Delivery is free on orders over £50 ex. VAT. Mainland UK only and excludes special delivery requirements and non stocked products.
Orders below £50 are subject to a delivery charge of £6 (incl. VAT).
All specially obtained non catalogue products are subject to the relevant manufacturers' carriage at cost; delivery lead times will be advised at point of order.
We implement a strict non returnable policy for specially obtained non-catalogue products.
Upon delivery obvious signs of damage must be detailed on the receipt note or driver's paperwork. FineCal must be informed within 24 hours in the unlikely event of damaged or short deliveries. Please note all received goods must be signed for. Therefore please ensure someone is available upon receipt of goods to provide a signature.
Customers have the right to refuse delivery of damaged items but we would request you inform our Customer Services on 0117 911 1111 immediately.
